Joseph PInzon - founder and producing artistic director
Joseph Pinzon (he/they) is the Founder and Producing Artistic Director of the contemporary circus company Short Round Productions and its award-winning show Filament. He is currently an Artistic Director for Cirque du Soleil, most recently on their production of Bazzar. With over 25 years of international performing experience, he also holds an MS in Arts Leadership from USC, a BA in Psychology from UCLA, and is a graduate of the National Circus School in Montreal where he specialized in aerial techniques. He has worked with renowned companies such as Cirque Éloize, Compagnia Finzi Pasca, Cirque du Soleil, The 7 Fingers, and Chämaleon Productions. He served as the Casting & Resident Director for CAA’s experiential affiliate Constellation Immersive and was the Casting Director & Artistic Associate at Arena Stage in Washington, D.C. He was a speaker in the historic first Circus Arts Industry Roundtable at the White House in 2024. Tanya Burka - General manager
Tanya Burka is a veteran of the contemporary circus industry. A specialist in aerial silks and aerial hoop, she has enjoyed a versatile career spanning three continents, including stints with industry frontrunners Cirque du Soleil and Cirque Eloize. With a unique background - she earned her BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as a diploma of studies from Montreal's renowned National Circus School - she is highly renowned not only as a performer, but also as a coach, artistic counselor and manager for projects both big and small.

Paul Mcgill - Choreographer
Paul McGill is a New York based choreographer working in theater, film, and TV. Broadway: Hedwig and the Angry Inch. Off Broadway and LA: The Legend of Georgia McBride (Astaire and Ovation Awards). TV/Film: Disney Channel, Diamond Soles, Broadway Masters, numerous commercials. Paul has been a Proud creative member of Short Round Productions since 2016. Teri Gamble - Dramaturg and head of development
Teri Gamble is an international performing artist and drama coach who has performed on stages from Los Angeles to Moscow. Teri is currently based out of Los Angeles where she is a prominent Karaoke Jockey and woman about town. TV credits include Modern Family, ER and numerous theater productions & commercials. brian Kim - Tech director and lighting designer
Brian H. Kim is a designer and production manager for theater, television, and music events. He spent years as a lighting director for Cirque du Soleil and has played designer on a number of Off-Broadway presentations in New York. These days you can find him in the Los Angeles area where he designs and project manages countless events. His clients include Tesla, Netflix, Amazon, Nickelodeon, Disney, BET, Intel, Hulu, SpaceX, Google, Universal, and many others. He graduated from New York University with a degree in Theatrical Design and Technical Theater Production.
